White Light Studio offers two beautiful treatment rooms with a wide variety of exceptional bodywork therapies to heal, rejuvenate and pamper the body and spirit.

FAR Infrared Sauna (Health Mate Sauna)

Our sauna uses the FAR Infrared Thermal System. You can sauna at a lower temperature for a shorter time period with even better results than a traditional sauna. Beneficial features of the sauna include:
  • burns calories & controls weight
  • increase blood circulation
  • eases joint pain & stiffness
  • improves the immune system
  • removes toxins & mineral waste
  • reduces stress & fatigue
  • enhances skin tone
Bring your favorite I-pod music mix and relax while you heal. Towels and water will be provided. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check or credit.
All sauna sessions are by appointment. 24-hour studio cancellation policy does apply.
 
Solo Rate
$30 per session. Each session is 30 minutes.
$250 package of pre-paid 10 sauna sessions, 30min each.
 
Duet Rate
$40 per session. Each session is 30 minutes.
 
Pre-Massage Sauna*
$20 per session. Each session is 20 minutes.
*add-on service: lighter sauna to promote relaxation and warm up muscles prior to your massage. Allows for more effective massage and not meant for "detox/sweat".
 
Additional minutes may be added to any sauna as long as we know at the time you schedule your appointment. They may be added in increments of 5 minutes at $5 per increment. It is not recommended to sauna longer than 45 minutes, per studio policy.

Reaching Yin combines a wonderful combination of modalities to soothe sore muscles and bring them back to a relaxing state of well being. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Passive Joint, Tui Na, Zen Touch & Prenatal.
1 session at $65
3 sessions at $180 ($60/hr)
5 sessions at $275 ($55/hr)

Energetic Healing/Reiki At its essence, Energy Healing/Reiki is about returning to a state of balance and wholeness within ones body, mind and spirit through a non-invasive hands-on energy/touch technique. The universal life energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner and placed lightly on or above the client's body to activate the body's own natural ability to heal itself. This technique assists the client in opening up blocked or suppressed energy flow within the body. It helps cleanse the body of toxins, working to create a state of balance and harmony and promoting relaxation and healing.

3 sessions at $255 ($85/hr)
